When I first arrived, she shared that she has a fear of her baby choking, especially as he transitions from strictly soft foods to solids. We started with the various techniques she can apply for relieving choking in an infant and she was amazed at how simple and effective they are. We covered the techniques used for child and adult choking relief as well. Our Mommy and Me classes cover Choking, CPR and AED use in Adults, children and infants.
